mate
yeah try not to get too dependant on pre workouts, i used to take them everyday....sometimes i couldnt sleep at night
i work 6 days a week on my feet for 10 hours a day and i thought it would be good to take them but now ive stopped and only take them when i REALLY need it. C4 is a great 'starting out' preworkout. you will get used to it after your first bottle though
